Burger Maker Inc. was established in 1978 for the sole purpose of making quality "Ground Beef Products" for the Hotel Restaurant Supply Companies in the New York Metropolitan Area. After years of success in this market, Burger Maker expanded into Food Service Distribution maintaining it’s commitment to sell the best tasting Ground Beef products.
Burger Maker's quality, consistency, and extended shelf life are primarily due to our strong quality control programs. Our in house lab combined with our dedicated team of quality control personal insures that Burger Maker produces the finest ground beef, day in and day out. Burger Maker has its own in-house microbiological laboratory and HACCP Program.
"All We Do" is produce Ground Beef Products. Burger Maker does not cut steaks, or make meatballs and we do not generate any fabricated trimmings from our operations; therefore, our products are made from raw materials that "we" want to use, not from leftover scraps in our plant. Our raw materials are sourced out front as well as on a daily basis insuring quality and price competitiveness. Our suppliers make available to us raw materials that are processed to Burger Maker's specifications. Product that does not meet out ridged quality control standards is not accepted and is sold to our competitors.
Because of our desire to offer our customers a better burger, we are sometimes forced to pay higher prices for quality raw materials, however our loyal customers are assured of an extra - ordinary quality, and a consistent hamburger dining experience for their patrons time after time.
The Burger Maker tradition of 100% fresh ground beef and fresh ground beef patties has become a staple in some of the finest hotels, restaurants and food service management companies from Maine to Florida and west to the Mississippi River. Burger Maker has combined its experience of producing high quality ground beef, with the operators desire to serve fresh home style hamburgers. Our “Fresh” packaging offers an extended shelf life of 21 days.
As our business grew, so did our need for a “State of the Art” facility. On March 15, 1995, Burger Maker opened its doors to a brand new production facility, dedicated to the art of making the “Worlds Best Hamburger”. With the ever growing need for quality ground beef products increasing, in the summer of 2003 Burger Maker expanded its operation, by doubling the size of the facility.
Burger Maker is located in Carlstadt, New Jersey, providing easy access to the East Coast, Midwest and Southeast Markets.
